God is SPIRIT - Life changer
We can be connected with God in spirit - because we ourselves consist of spirit and body.
When God, who is spirit, heals our spirit through his presence - then our body will also be healed.
We can have fellowship with God in the Spirit - he is aware of everything that goes on in us, and heals and renews our spirit. That is why rest with God is so healing and beneficial.
God's Spirit also heals our thoughts and feelings.
In the Spirit he communicates his love, acceptance and help to us.
Jesus is called in the original: The "I am" saves. Jesus is the Son of God in the Spirit, one with the Father.
If his spirit is in us, then also the Father.
Then we recognize God as Father in the Spirit also for us.
God is love.
Jesus is God's grace, his gift and his power.
God was in Christ when he was reconciled with the world.
He took upon himself the punishment for the transgressions of the whole world, even had himself executed.
But three days later he was resurrected for his righteousness.
In Jesus was the fullness of God. And with Jesus, the fullness of God can be in us, Christ in us.
We can and should convince our heart of the truth.
Satan / the devil is already defeated by Jesus on the cross. He can only cunningly bluff and influence our thoughts - but if we give in to these thoughts, it affects our spirit and then also our body.
In the same way, our own thoughts, feelings and the lusts of the flesh can damage and destroy us.
Also the lust of the eyes and the arrogance of life (pride, recognition/status in people want ...), the desire for wealth as well as worries and pleasures have the same effect - it only deceives us, does not really satisfy us, - makes us empty and broken.
If we give ourselves to the Father Jesus Spirit and his grace and goodness - being sincere and trusting in him - this protects and heals us.
Our spirit is renewed.
Our heart becomes convinced of him.
Heart and spirit are two terms for the same thing.
So we are full of God's (Holy) Spirit - love - joy - peace.
Good things are created for us and others.
God is love, wisdom and power.
How beautiful it is with him and with him in the spirit.
To be in him is eternal life with God.
God guides his children through his spirit.
We live out of him every day.
From the rest with him comes the power.
Time in rest with God is the best time.
We become grateful and joyful.
God guides us always through his joy, peace and love.
We may simply follow him.
Bliss is in communion with God.
If you want that, accept Jesus as Saviour and Lord.
Just talk honestly with him wherever you are.
He hears you and will not be long in coming.
